TYRE TEST SYSTEM

Our tyre test system measuring (L x W x H) 4.2 x 4.5 x 4 mtrs is rated for 1000kN payload capacity with a 2 x 2 mtr, +/-300 mm stroke table moveable in biaxial directions. It is equipped to measure the radial, lateral and longitudinal stiffness of the tyre used on a defense aircraft.

  • High stiffness mechanical welded structure equipped reaction base and a loading bracket
  • Pre-loaded backlash free linear motion guideways protected with low friction bellows for the vertical movement of loading bracket and the table
